Turkish Bath Hat with Little Glass Evil Eyes

This hat is made of two kinds of fabrics such as BULDAN clothe and blue jeans.

Actually Buldan is a town and a district of Denizli in Aegean Region of Turkey.

Historically, the town has been a very important center of Turkey's textile industry, a tradition it actively pursues to this day, still largely based on independent craftspersons.

Buldan was famed for a thin handwoven cheesecloth-type fabric, with laced edges and used chiefly for bed covers and table cloths, called as "Buldan bezi" (Buldan clothes) under the name of locality.

Buldan clothes are %100 cotton.

When you go to hamam (Turkish Bath), actually you use peshtamal made of Buldan clothes. That is why this hat is called as Turkish Bath Hat.

This hat has also a fresh scarf with same fabric of the hat as Buldan clothe.

Both of the hat and the scarf are decorated of little glass evil eyes.

These hat and scarf make you so fashionable and original.

On the Nature of a Night in Bocca di Valle, Italy

The summer is arrived in Italy.

Every little town, medieval location organize a festival about wine, their story, traditional food and their traditions.

It is pretty joyful to be in Abruzzo on summers for me.

Sometimes, I join these feasts.

A couple weeks ago, I was in Bocca di Valle.

The Velvet Green Resizable Hat of Eva with Velvet Flower Pin Brooch

I AM THE ORIGINAL, AND YOU?

IO SONO ORIGINALE, E TU?

Since the beginning of the world, Eva has this romantic, adorable dark green, velvet hat with same color of Velvet Flower pin brooch.

"L'amore di Eva è nascosto nel cappello velluto."

"The love of Eva is hidden in the velvet hat."

It's a resizable hat that has three buttons on back of the hat.

The biggest diameter of the hat is approximately 23.6 in (60 cm.)

You can adjust it also as 22 in (56 cm) and 20.5 in(52 cm).

The side of the brim has dark little green shirt buttons.

Because this hat of Eva was a velvet shirt and reincarnated as a hat that's romantic and full of Eva's love!

It includes a brooch pin as dark green velvet flower to change the style of the hat or to use on your dress, approximately diameter of the brooch is 2 in (5 cm).

These hats on my blog are realized by me using recycled fabrics and all are original, free-smoke home, hand-made and unique!

Evil Eye's Blue Hat with Green Flower

In many cultures , we believe in evil eyes protect of you from bad luck, envy, dislike

and

ill-wishing look of the others.

Known as NAZAR BONCUGU (Nazar bead) is a blue eye and protects against the evil eye and you will be proctected of all bad things with this precious blue hat.

This hat is unique, 100% handmade and very practical for daily using as going to meet with friends or for a nice walk. It brings touchs of spring to you.

It's decorated with little evil eye's beads, satin green ribbon and a green flower around white and a thin green ribbon. Particularly there is a pocket on the hat to put some money and your necessary little objects when you go out if you don't want to carry your bag. The fabric for this hat is recycled cotton jeans.

The Spring Flowers' Hat

The spring is already arrived.

Soft hats are so wearable, comfortable and this one is full of colorful spring flowers.

The lining is same fabric with the flowers and the string around of the hat. The colorful string is knotted as bow on back of the hat.

The Spring Flowers' hat is UNIQUE and 100% HANDMADE and very practical for daily using as going to the sea or for a nice picnic.

Butterflies will like these flowers on your hat...

This pure linen resizable hat is straw color like PINOT GRIGIO italian wine.

It's 100% recycled linen fabric

100% hand-made

both hat and bag, happy hat-bag...

I like Sara Kay!

And I always dream of a hat like Sara Kay's.

Look!

Now, I designed a hat like that and this one is more functional because it's both hat and bag.

Happy hat-bag is metamorphic hat

that you can transform as a bag when you need.

My creations always look for practical solutions in the life.

When you go out just to walk, it's not a good idea to carry anything that you disturb you during your joyful walking.

However you can enter to a market to buy a bottle of water or something that you should buy before you go back to home.

So,

-Where did you put your money before you go out from home?
-You put it in your "happy hat-bag". Because your hat has got two pockets.

-Where do you think to put in what you buy?
-In your hat! Because your hat can be transformed to the bag. Take off your hat and button up the handle on the hat.

Happy hat-bag's handle has three buttons that you can measure the length.

And you can keep the handle in the pocket of Happy hat-bag when you use as hat.

The pockets have press studs.

Now, your hat is ready to use as a bag!!

Who am I?

I am your hat designer!

And some information about my hat designs:

In my hat-designs, I prefer to use traditional textures that belong to my culture and recycled materials such as old jackets, skirts, jeans, t-shirts, buttons, beads, etc.

Using recycled materials for new products means to respect to the nature and has many economical and environmental benefits.

I think that my hats symbolize a kind of reincarnation

for recycled materials that I use.

I declare freedom of ideas with my hats. As for me, every person hides his personality in shape of his hat.

Hats are not an accessory of our clothes;
hats are a piece of our life-style.

Therefore, all painters, every musical note, the books that I have read until now, my dreams, and memories in my mind are

the unique source of my inspiration.

Recently, I continue to design particular hats for people.
I listen ideas of people and create personal hats for them.

Reuse and reassessment of memories with my hat-designs inspire of my next creation.

Heroic Hat with Recycled Jeans and Traditional Kilim

“Kilim”, simply is a flat woven carpet or a kind of rug without any pile or knotted fluff: a coarse, thin hand made carpet.

Especially in the past, "kilim" weaving had an important role in women’s life.

Because it was the major part of their dowry
and also a source of income and women had woven many patterns called "motifs" on kilims about their wishes.
These designs have different meanings.

On this hat is a special motif as "Ram Horn" that means "fertility", "heroism", "power" and "masculinity".

When kilims contain "Ram Horns", it tells happiness whom weaves it.
The hat is made of recycled blue jeans, brown velvet tassels and 3 pieces of a colorful kilim.

Inside of the hat is satin fabric as dark green and it is wrapped a satin ribbon as navy blue around of the hat.
It is completely handmade without any helping of sewing machine.

Approximately Size: 58 cm-60 cm (22.8 in -23.6 in)

Let me get out of this nightmare.

My hat is the crown of Arachne.

I am the princess of all spiders now.

They will obey me

I am fearless ! e tu?

I can protect myself with my hat, e tu?

"Sometimes many troubles attack into my mind like kamikazes. I keep myself with my hats..."

The main target is "unlimited minds" in the world.

My last design belongs to HUG SERIE. It has got a large brim So, noone can kiss you easily.

The top has got two kinds of colors such as blue and light brown that looks like a target board!

There are two pockets on the brim and you can use them to put some light and simple stuff.

Usually, when I want just to walk near the sea at evenings, I choose a hat and I want to carry nothing.

The walking is just for relaxing.

But sometimes, I would like to put some money on myself and generally, I do not have any pocket.

-So shall I take a bag?

-No no, the hats with pockets are perfect that's why...

You can shake your hands near your sides and you keep something in the pockets on your hat.
